Scaffolding is for assurance high work safe and smooth construction. In structural construction, decoration construction, during the installation and construction of equipment pipelines, all need to set up scaffolding according to the operation requirements.
1. For the erection of scaffolds used in multi-storey and high-rise buildings, special construction technical plans should be prepared; Special structural design and calculation (calculation of bearing capacity, strength, stability, etc.) should also be carried out for floor-type steel pipe scaffold, cantilever scaffold, portal scaffold, hanging scaffold, attached lifting scaffold, hanging basket scaffold, etc., with a height of more than 50m.
2. The operators of scaffolding erection and dismantling must be specially trained and certified to work.
3. The materials, fasteners and shaped components of the scaffolding shall meet the quality standards stipulated by the State. It shall be inspected and accepted before use, and those that do not meet the requirements shall not be used.
4. Scaffold construction should be checked and accepted in stages to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements, and regular and irregular inspections should be organized during construction (especially after wind, rain and snow), and scaffolding use management system should be strictly established.
5. The scaffold structure must be set up according to the national standards and design requirements. The allowable perpendicularity of the cage body and its overall stability shall be set up with the scissors brace and hitch with the building according to the regulations; And in accordance with the provisions to tie protective railings, nets, nets and other protective facilities, the frame is strictly laid, no probe plate and gap plate.
6. The attached lifting scaffold must have safe and reliable lifting equipment and safety devices such as anti-fall, anti-tilt and synchronous early-warning monitoring, and the vertical supporting main frame and horizontal supporting frame of the steel structure must be welded or bolted, and the fasteners must not be connected with the steel pipe. When lifting the frame, it is necessary to unify the command, strengthen the inspection, and strictly prevent collision, resistance, impact, and tilt and sway of the frame. In case of danger, stop the machine immediately for investigation.
7. After the installation of the attached lifting scaffold has passed the initial inspection, it shall be inspected by the special testing department and issued a use certificate before it can be used.
8. The floor type steel pipe scaffolding should be set up in double rows, the vertical rod joint section is staggered by a step, the root is placed on the long backing plate or the support, and the sweeping rod is tied according to the regulations. The ground supporting the vertical pole should be smooth and tamped to prevent the suspension of the vertical pole due to the subsidence of the foundation.
9. The overhang transfer platform used in construction shall be calculated by design. The platform shall not be attached to the scaffold to force the frame, and must be set independently; The hanging cable-stayed rope on both sides of the platform should be stressed with the building. Platform load should be strictly limited.
